The noodle of Ramen is made with mainly Wheat Flour and salted water. The topping included dried vegetables, meat and seafood etc. The most of the scholars are saying it started from China but the 1st instant Ramen was developed by Momofuku Ando in Japan and was dehydrating the steamed and seasoned noodles in oil heat. Mr. Jung Yun Jeon of Samyang Food Company also developed instant Ramen in South Korea which skill imported from Japan due to poverty after Korean War.
