We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we will gladly exchange or refund your order per our Return Policy. Notification of exchanges, refunds, damages or non-delivery must be made within 14 days from the shipment receipt date by contacting us by email.

In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the items ordered were an error of the customer, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:

  • If the items ordered are unopened, unused, undamaged and in original packaging, send your order back to us at your shipping expense for a full product refund or an exchange. We recommend you always insure the shipment. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order.

  • To exchange an item, send your items back to us at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace them with another item of your choice. The customer will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund, as well as pay for return shipping costs to receive the replacement.

Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods and take 7-14 business days (depending on banking institutions and merchant providers) to process.

  • Nonghyup Gwangcheon is produced with seaweed that grows domestically and naturally on the west coast of Korea.
  • Nonghyup Gwangcheon Laver is twice roasted and seasoned with premium-grade sesame and perilla oils. The perilla oil is extracted from high-quality perilla plants and has a rich flavor. The sesame oil is processed in the traditional old mill method resulting in a fragrant aroma.
  • The rich flavor(gamchilmas) and crispiness of our premium roasted and seasoned laver seaweed make it perfect for many recipes.
  • Our laver seaweed is processed in clean facilities in Korea. We use a 5 step foreign material removal safety system to clean high-quality seaweed of debris and impurities. Our roasted laver seaweed meets global food safety standards and is HACCP certified.
