RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we will gladly exchange or refund your order per our Return Policy. Notification of exchanges, refunds, damages, or non-delivery must be made within 14 days from the shipment receipt date by contacting us by email.
In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the items ordered were an error of the customer, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:

If the items ordered are unopened, unused, undamaged and in original packaging, send your order back to us at your shipping expense for a full product refund or an exchange. We recommend you always insure the shipment. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order.

To exchange an item, send your items back to us at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace them with another item of your choice. Customers will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund, as well as pay for return shipping costs to receive the replacement.
Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods and take 7-14 business days (depending on banking institutions and merchant providers) to process.

In-Stock items in orders over $50 will receive free expedited shipping in the contiguous (lower- 48) the United States. These items should arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
- The $50 order total is calculated after all discounts have been applied. Gift Cards, freight charges, duties, and taxes do not count towards the $40 order total.
- USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up. Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Tracking of packages has some limitations.
