This is extremely effective in helping to lower my glucose readings; while it is bitter, it isn’t outright nasty. To make the tea, I sometimes add some lemon to reduce the bitterness. Have also experimented with adding a regular or green tea bag to enhance the flavor. Think it’s worth a try because for me, this has a quicker response than when I take wild bitter melon capsules. But to be clear, it is a complement to exercise and a conscious diet.
